What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support at: to help you with the process.

What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?
Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
