THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED


Our estimated shipping time is between 7-10 days, not counting the preparation and shipping of the products which is between 1 to 5 days, so please if your products have not arrived max 15 days Please give it more time up to 25 days max as there are some situations we cannot control like weather, mail delays, and customs. If your products have not arrived after 25 days, we will give you a 100% refund instantly.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

if your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at support@avinida.com. After verification of the support and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN MANUFACTURER AFTER USE 

You have 30 days after the arrival of your product to report any problem with your product, if the product does not work during this period or is defective, you can return it to us at your expense and we will refund the amount. total per store credit so that you can reorder your new product.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on-site and want to receive your order, after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email support@avinida.com if you have any questions — we’re here to help.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@avinida.com (and include your original # order number) and we’ll take a look!

I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?

If you’ve placed an order contains a gift card, please email support@avinida.com as soon as possible (including your # order number and cancel/change request) and we can help.


EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support at: support@avinida.com to help you with the process.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at your expense and we will give you a 100% refund.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
